TESTINGYOU.com offers an online assessment service for the
purposes of individual career assessment, outplacement and
general personal development. The service is primarily based
online. However, it is extremely personal and professional.
You will be in contact with a registered organisational psychologist
or certified career coach prior to your online assessment
session and again for telephone feedback once you have completed
the online tests. Clients based in Hong Kong and Singapore
may also opt for face-to-face feedback for a small additional
fee. Our consultants speak native English as well as Mandarin
and Cantonese.
Based on your initial requirements
and chat with our consultants, you may be asked to take one
or more online aptitude tests or personality assessments or
you may even wish to have your colleagues and boss complete
an online 360 degree appraisal on your behalf for your self-development.
We advise you on which assessments to undertake based on your
experience, background and needs. These include cutting edge
psychometric tests such as the Saville Consulting
Wave®, the Identity Self-Perception Questionnaire
and the Apollo Profile among others.
